Technical Advisor & Mentor- T Jayaraman
An IIT Madras 1974 graduate T. Jayaraman – often referred to as Teejay is the Chairman and Managing Director of SECO Controls Pvt. Ltd an energy based engineering company – which is the sole Indian manufacturer of oxygen analyzers. His passion towards Make in India and Skill India – lead to his position as Founding Director ; Current Mentor & Technical Advisor of EQuad.
An Industry veteran , a leading consultant in engineering and energy for over 45 years. His Assignments in Engineering and Energy Consulting include for clientele like PwC ; KPMG ; Deloitte ; E&Y ; TATA STEEL, TATA COFFEE , TATA COMMUNICATIONS , Indian Oil, CPCL Refineries , Accenture, Idea Cellular, Dubai Airport, Saudi Cements , Midas Safe Srilanka, SPIC, DCW, Enfield, L&T Infotech, TAJ to name a few Assignments for Industrial Clientele outside India have been in USA, Singapore, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Japan, China.

Pursuing her doctorate in engineering – Priya has diverse experience in engineering with focus on materials and structural design engineering. A proficient material specialist – she focusses on process optimisation and also credited with being a Marie Curie Early Stage Researcher . Her global exposure includes across countries like Spain and United Kingdom and currently resides in The Netherlands.
Priya will spear head the international relations at EQuad – bringing requirements of global firms seeking engineering services from a reliable yet affordable engineering partner.

Rear Admiral A George ( Retd ).
A Naval Aviation Maintenance specialist who has retired after 35 years of service to the Navy and the Nation. He was associated with the maintenance of the Tupolev 142M , a Russian Long Range Maritime Reconnaissance & Anti Submarine aircraft. He was also appointed as the Chief Staff Officer ( Technical ) at Headquarters Naval Aviation, Goa.
He is currently serving as a Professor of Practice at Indian Institute of Technology, Madras for the Make in India Programs. EQuad is grateful and humbled for his time and belief in EQuad’s ability to contribute towards a Self Reliant India.
